Looking to kick-start your career in sales? If you're proactive, highly organised, and excited by the idea of building a career in hospitality sales, this could be the perfect opportunity. As a Groups, Meetings & Events Sales Office Administrator, you'll gain invaluable exposure to the commercial side of the hotel industry, supporting our sales team and learning the foundations of groups, meetings and events sales.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the Groups, Meetings & Events team with enquiries, bookings, contracts, and event administration.
- Managing enquiries through Opera and other internal systems, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Preparing contracts, invoices, reports, and sales documentation.
- Providing excellent customer service over the phone and via email.
- Maintaining key sales databases, reporting tools, and team resources.
- Supporting online meeting room bookings and ensuring company standards are followed.
- Identifying ways to improve processes and contributing ideas to the wider team.

What We're Looking For In a Sales Office Administrator
- An enthusiastic individual with a genuine interest in sales and hospitality.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and confidence when dealing with clients and colleagues.
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
- Previous administrative, customer service, hospitality, or sales support experience would be beneficial.
