Job Title: Part-Time Sales & Office Administrator

Company: Optimeasure Limited

Hours: 21 hours per week (Flexible working patterns accommodated)

Schedule: Open to discussion (e.g., 9:30 AM – 2:45 PM over 4 days, or 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM over 3 days—school-run / family friendly schedules welcomed)

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Administration & Systems: Manage daily sales support tasks using Xero, Pipedrive CRM and Google Workspace. Handle document management, update customer records, and maintain accurate filing.
  • Customer Communication: Act as a key point of contact for clients via email and phone. Issue order acknowledgments, provide proactive delivery updates, and issue sales invoices.
  • Logistics & Order Fulfillment: Package outgoing orders securely, book couriers via online shipping portals, and generate dispatch labels.
  • Office & Operational Support: Assist the wider team with general administrative duties as needed, staying adaptable to the evolving needs of a growing business.

Requirements & Skills

  • Software Proficiency: Proven experience using Xero, Pipedrive CRM, and Google Workspace are extremely advantageous (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
  • Communication: Clear, confident, and polite communication skills for direct phone and email interaction with customers.
  • Attention to Detail: High standard of accuracy when entering data, preparing invoices, and managing documents.
  • Self-Motivation: A proactive mindset with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to wear multiple hats and assist across different areas of the business when required.

What We Offer

Salary: £12,880 – £15,680 per annum actual (£23,000 – £28,000 Full-Time Equivalent), depending on experience
