Role Description

The Sales Office Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Romford, supporting the smooth operation of the sales and lettings office. This role includes:

  • Handling incoming calls and inquiries
  • Managing emails
  • Booking appointments
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases for properties and clients
  • Preparing documents and marketing materials
  • Updating listings and CRM systems
  • Coordinating with sales negotiators to ensure timely follow-up and excellent client service

  • Assisting with basic sales administration such as preparing contracts, invoices, and compliance-related documentation

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Proven Customer Service experience, demonstrating a client-focused approach and ability to manage inquiries professionally.
  • Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills, including scheduling, record-keeping, document preparation, and data entry.
  • Basic Sales support skills, such as managing leads, updating property details, and assisting the sales team with follow-up activities.
  • Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and familiarity with CRM or property management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an office setting and maintain a professional, inclusive, and respectful manner with all stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in property, estate agency, or a related office environment is beneficial but not mandatory.
