If so, our client, who is a global market leader within the non-mechanical access equipment industry, are looking to hire an Administrator to be based from their Reading branch and this role could be for YOU!

THE ROLE
Our client is a market leader in the hire and sale of the company's range of specialist non mechanical access solutions, such as scaffolding, fencing, access equipment, hoardings, groundworks, props and struts etc.
Branch based at their office in the Reading area, Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, with a 4.30pm finish on a Friday.

Our client sells to Main and Sub Contractors, Ground Workers, Civil Engineers and the Construction industry in general.
A large part of this role is supporting the field sales team in an administration capacity, assisting with quotes and helping them with paperwork in general. You will specialise in supporting the groundworks part of the business.
Reactive phone based work dealing with incoming calls, following up with customers and ensuring full client satisfaction.
You will also be expected to help build quotes, process orders and follow up enquiries. Stock control, checking numbers, general office work.
You’ll be focusing on supporting the groundworks team. They hire out groundwork boxes, groundwork braces, waler systems, ground protection, groundwork ancillaries, trench sheets, props and struts.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
- Able to use Excel spreadsheet comfortably- fully IT literate.
- Plant hire experience would be beneficial but by no means essential
- Worked in a branch/office environment
- Someone looking for a long-term career.
- A great relationship builder
- Sense of urgency to get tasks completed
- This is very person led so a good attitude is essential

THE REMUNERATION
- Circa £34k-£36k basic salary dependent on experience.
- Twice yearly bonus- typically up to £1500 in total.
- 25 days holiday
