An established and highly regarded UK residential developer is looking to appoint an experienced Sales Office Manager to join its busy regional sales team based in Cambridgeshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to play a key role in supporting the sales function, ensuring the smooth progression of property sales from reservation through to legal completion. Working closely with senior sales management, sales advisors, solicitors and internal departments, you will help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting the business in achieving its sales and completion targets.

The Role
As Sales Office Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day administration of the sales office, ensuring all systems, processes and documentation are managed efficiently. You will also support senior sales leadership with operational and administrative responsibilities while providing guidance to the wider sales administration team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the progression of property sales from reservation through to legal completion.
- Liaise with solicitors, purchasers and internal departments to ensure transactions progress efficiently.
- Coordinate and oversee all sales administration processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support, train and mentor the sales administration team, maintaining high standards of performance.
- Manage holiday cover and workload planning within the sales office.
- Ensure all internal sales systems and databases are accurately maintained.
- Produce weekly, monthly and ad hoc sales reports for senior management.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via telephone and email.
- Prepare and collate documentation required for internal reporting and management meetings.
- Work closely with Sales Directors and senior management to support the smooth running of the sales function.
- Build effective relationships across departments to ensure excellent communication and customer service throughout the sales process.

You Will Ideally Have
- Previous experience in a sales administration or sales office management role, preferably within the property, construction or housebuilding sector.
- Experience supporting senior managers within a busy office environment.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet demanding deadlines.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confidence supervising or mentoring administrative colleagues.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience using CRM or sales management systems would be advantageous.
- A professional, calm and adaptable approach.
