Sales Office Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to join Kier Transportation as a Sales Office Manager at our Wymondham Emulsion Factory in Norfolk. In this pivotal role, you'll lead a customer-focused team, drive commercial performance, and help support the long-term success and growth of the factory.
Location: Wymondham, Norfolk
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexible working hours can be considered, so please let us know your preferences when speaking with us

What will you be responsible for?
As a Sales Office Manager, you'll play a key role in leading a high-performing sales and trade centre function, balancing commercial objectives with outstanding customer service. Working closely with operational teams, you'll help drive revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity to combine hands-on leadership with strategic business development in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Your Day To Day Will Include
- Actively participating in daily sales activities, including customer enquiries, quotations, orders and account management
- Leading, motivating and developing the Sales and Trade Centre teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve commercial targets
- Building strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to grow accounts and increase customer loyalty
- Implementing sales initiatives and local market strategies to drive revenue, profitability and business growth
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities across local and regional markets
- Working collaboratively with operations, production and finance teams to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction

This role of Sales Office Manager could be a great fit if you:
- Have experience in a sales, trade counter, customer service or commercial environment, ideally with leadership responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and a track record of identifying opportunities to drive sales and business growth
- Excel at building lasting customer relationships and delivering a service that encourages repeat business
- Can effectively manage multiple priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
