Job Title: Sales Onboarding Manager
Location: UK Wide - Home based with travel to the office as required.
Salary: £35,000 – Uncapped Commission with expected OTE £42,000
Contract Type: Permanent
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for acquiring and onboarding SEB (Sage Employee Benefit) leads, using strong sales skills and a personable approach to embed the product within our clients’ businesses.
You’ll engage leads through proactive outbound contact and deliver compelling product demonstrations that clearly communicate SEB’s value, driving customer buy-in and successful onboarding.
You’ll also manage follow-ups with non-attending leads, handle objections effectively, and maintain accurate data and organisation to ensure a smooth customer journey.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering product demonstrations and discovery calls to acquire potential new high value customers
- Proactively contacting new Sage leads with the view to combat any objections and onboard the customer onto the product. Reiterate the value of the SEB & understanding the customers’ needs
- Guiding the client through uploading employee data onto the platform to onboard employees
- Obtaining original sale documentation from Sage and confirm validity of sale and accuracy of client information
- Participating in the Implementation phase of the client journey when required
About You
- Confident B2B sales experience with a proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs
- Demonstrated success in handling objections within a B2B environment
- Excellent client-facing communication skills across telephone and video
- Experience building rapport and credibility with senior B2B stakeholders
- Competent in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data
- Able to build and maintain effective working relationships based on trust, with the confidence to challenge when appropriate
- High levels of integrity and moral courage, demonstrating strong personal standards and commitment to company values
