Role Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Commission Analyst, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring accurate commission payouts for a high-performing sales organisation. You'll manage everything from commission calculations and reporting to troubleshooting and process improvements, all while collaborating closely with our sales and finance teams.

What you will do:
- Responsible for all aspects of day to day commission administration resulting in accurate and timely commission payments.
- Create, validate and audit monthly reports to ensure accuracy and completeness of commissions crediting and payout results.
- Troubleshoot and resolve calculation and/or data errors.
- Respond to compensation related inquiries from the Sales Team in an effective and timely manner.
- Perform configuration, testing and other support activities related to plan, quota, and policy changes.
- Manage Sales Promotion, bonus and SPIFF payments.
- Prepare key monthly commission reconciliation reports including reporting of monthly commission and sales attainment metrics.
- Proactively identify, develop, and implement process improvements, documenting desktop procedures to achieve efficiencies and scalability.
- Using AI to speed up repetitive tasks and introduce AI to improve processes and provide more detailed analysis and insight.
Who you are
- University Educated in Business, Accounting or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years' experience in commission processing or business/finance analyst function for a high growth sales team.
- Advanced Excel skills are a requirement.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Commission software experience is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task across a broad range of responsibilities and work in a dynamic environment.
