Job Description
Join the team redefining how the world experiences design.
Hey, g'day, mabuhay, kia ora, 你好, hallo, vítejte!
Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time consuming and you're probably keen to find out what's on offer, so we'll get straight to the point.
Where and how you can work
Our EMEA hub is in London, and that's where this role is based. You've got real choice in where and how you work — we trust our Canvanauts to find the balance that helps them and their team do their best work.
What you'd be doing in this role
As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.
At the moment, this role is focused on:
- Partnering with EMEA Sales leadership on productivity strategy, performance management, and how we evolve our go-to-market
- Driving the region's forecasting cadence and performance analytics, so we can trust our numbers and spot funnel issues early
- Digging into sales trends across markets to surface insights that shape coverage, enablement, and investment
- Shaping territory, segmentation, and account assignment strategy — balancing market maturity, partner presence, and whitespace
- Teaming up with Sales, Channel, Partnerships, Marketing, and Enablement to support GTM shifts and localisation needs
- Keeping our CRM clean and enriched, so sales and channel teams always have the visibility they need
- Playing a key role in annual planning — headcount, productivity, account coverage, and regional carve logic

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You're probably a match if
- You've got 5+ years in Sales Ops, Strategy, BizOps or similar — ideally in SaaS with a regional go-to-market structure
- You understand EMEA go-to-market, including how sub-regional nuances shape strategy
- You've worked with partner or channel sales models and know how they intersect with direct sales
- You're fluent in data and analysis — Excel or Google Sheets is a given, and SQL is a bonus
- You communicate clearly, structure ambiguous problems well, and bring people along with your recommendations
- You're comfortable working across cultures, time zones, and ambiguity, with a bias to action
About the team
We're building a high-impact Sales Operations team that acts as strategic co-pilots to our regional Sales leaders. As we scale, we're moving to an embedded Field Ops model — Sales Ops sits inside the rhythm of the business, partnering with Sales to drive execution, surface insights, and shape how we go to market. This role sits within our EMEA Sales team, helping us navigate diverse markets, partner-led motions, and sub-region GTM models across the region.
