We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Sales Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day operational needs of our Sales organization. This role serves as a key partner to Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Finance, and Revenue Operations by maintaining CRM data quality, supporting quote generation and approvals, administering sales tools, and helping ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.

Responsibilities

Sales Operations Support

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day sales operations questions and support requests.
  • Provide timely guidance to sales teams on processes, policies, systems, and deal workflows.
  • Support ongoing enablement by documenting procedures, FAQs, and best practices.

CRM Administration & Data Hygiene

  • Maintain data integrity within Salesforce, ensuring accurate account, contact, opportunity, and territory information.
  • Perform regular audits and cleanup activities to improve CRM quality and reporting accuracy.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations leadership to identify and implement process improvements.

  • Build and validate customer quotes in accordance with pricing and commercial guidelines.
  • Support sales team members throughout the quote creation and approval process.
  • Review deals for completeness and compliance prior to routing for approvals.

Systems Administration & User Support

  • Provide day-to-day support for sales technology platforms, including: Salesforce (primary platform), Hubspot, and Gong.
  • Assist with user provisioning, troubleshooting, permissions, and basic system configuration.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate manual processes, and improve user experience.
  • Participate in special projects related to sales process optimization and system enhancements.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or Salesforce Administration.
  • 2+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency with Excel.
