Sales
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where cross-functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing, and Category Development.
About the role
You will be at the forefront of Reckitt’s commercial execution — supporting the sales organisation in delivering best-in-class performance with some of the UK’s largest retailers. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the operational engine behind Reckitt’s commercial success, working closely with Sales, Finance, and IVT teams to ensure strong governance, accurate forecasting, and effective trade investment management.
Working within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, you will help strengthen the foundations that enable our National Account teams to execute winning commercial strategies. The role offers strong development potential and exposure to commercial decision-making within Reckitt’s UK business.

Your responsibilities
- Trade Investment Governance: Support the review, validation, and clean-up of promotional funding structures to ensure accurate trade investment tracking and compliance.
- Promotion Management: Validate promotional pots, funding allocations, promotion dates, and PPG linkages to ensure alignment across Sales, Finance, and IVT systems.
- Forecasting & Data Accuracy: Support improvements in forecast accuracy by ensuring promotional data inputs are correctly structured and maintained across internal systems.
- Commercial Support: Provide analytical and operational support to National Account teams during key trading periods and where temporary resourcing gaps exist.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to strengthening governance around promotional management and forecasting inputs, helping to reduce month-end corrections and financial risk.
- Strategic Exposure: Support projects exploring future operating models for sales operations, forecasting, and cross-functional governance.
The experience we're looking for
- An entry-level/graduate calibre candidate with strong analytical capability.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets.
- Analytical Mindset with the ability to identify inconsistencies and solve problems using data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Strong curiosity about commercial operations and an ambition to develop within Reckitt’s Sales organisation.
