At IRIS Software Group, we help organizations run more efficiently through software and services used by thousands of businesses every day.

Our Revenue Operations team helps Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success make better decisions by providing accurate data, clear reporting, and reliable forecasting.

As a Revenue Operations Associate

You’ll support the team with reporting, forecasting, dashboards, and data analysis. Excel will be one of your main tools, so you’ll need to be confident using formulas, lookups, and Pivot Tables.

This is a career-starter/development role for someone who is highly numerate, enjoys working with data, and wants to build commercial and analytical skills. Relevant experience could come from employment, university, an internship, placement, or project.

🧾 Why This Role Matters

Good business decisions depend on good information.

You’ll help make sure commercial teams have accurate data and useful reporting so they can understand performance, identify risks and opportunities, and plan ahead.

Your work will support better forecasting, cleaner data, and clearer decision-making across the business.

👥 About the Team You'll Join

You’ll join a Revenue Operations team of around 10 colleagues across the UK and India.

The team works closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and senior leaders, supporting commercial reporting, forecasting, pipeline visibility, data quality, and performance analysis.

You’ll be supported by experienced colleagues and will gain exposure to how a global software business operates.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
