About The Role
This role is perfect for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and excited to learn the mechanics of sales operations in a fast-paced, global beauty business. You’ll provide hands-on support to the EMEA Sales team, gaining experience across sales forecasting, account coordination, customer data analysis, and retail execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers with data and insight generation for retailer meetings across key accounts in the UK and Europe.
- Manage weekly sales trackers and forecasting templates, helping the team stay on top of performance.
- Be the operational backbone for account activity: validate purchase orders, manage stock requests, and track delivery status.
- Liaise with Pixi’s education and retail teams to activate store-level engagement in key markets.
- Work cross-functionally to support labeling, translations, and product registration needs for international retailers.
- Partner with our Visual Merchandising team to ensure accurate execution of brand materials across EMEA markets.
- Track retailer performance data and compile actionable reports for the sales team.
- Assist in resolving customer issues quickly and professionally, escalating where needed.
- Own accurate record-keeping around invoicing, collections, and shipping timelines.

Who You Are
- A recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in sales
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Analytical and comfortable working in Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong communicator, able to liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Passionate about brand building and curious about the business of beauty
