Your Mission with Us
- Order validation and processing
- Delivery monitoring and coordination with logistics partners
- Claim, return and credit note processing
- E-Commerce ticket handling and marketplace support
- Master data maintenance and content management
- Customer support
- Coordination with Sales, Finance, Logistics and Brand Management teams
With the Right Background You Make the Team Complete
- Minimum requirement: Completed commercial apprenticeship, business administration qualification, or equivalent vocational training
- Previous experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service, Order Management or similar administrative role is desirable
- Well organised, dependable and capable of working on own initiative
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP), e-commerce or marketplace operations is an advantage but not essential
