Sales Operations Coordinator

The Sales Operations Coordinator provides day-to-day systems, data, reporting, and administrative support to the sales team. Working under the guidance of the Sales Operations Manager, the role helps maintain accurate information across Salesforce and the company’s ERP system and supports the smooth operation of key sales processes.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Sales Operations Support:

  • Carry out routine checks to ensure data is complete, accurate, and consistent
  • Assist with price-book and product information updates
  • Provide administration support for New Product Introduction and End of Life Processes
  • Maintain sales operations procedures, user guides, and supporting documentation
  • Support the testing and introduction of systems and process improvements
  • Support the maintenance of customer-specific pricing in Salesforce, ensuring changes are updated accurately and promptly
  • Support the monitoring and reporting of KPIs for specific customer groups, ensuring the underlying data remains accurate and up-to-date
  • Support the onboarding of new customers by coordinating required information, maintaining accurate system records, and liaising with relevant internal teams to ensure a smooth and timely setup
  • Assist with other sales operations activities and projects as required

Reporting and Data Analysis:

  • Collect, organise, and prepare sales information for reporting
  • Produce regular reports covering pipeline, quotations, and general sales activity
  • Identify basic trends, patterns, and data quality issues
  • Support the preparation of information and presentations for sales meetings and business reviews
  • Respond to straightforward requests for sales data and information

Key Skills Experience:

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate work
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Confidence working with numbers and information
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive, proactive, and curious approach to learning
  • Ability to follow established processes and manage routine tasks effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments
  • An interest in sales operations, business systems, and data analysis
  • Educational qualifications required will vary depending upon career path, experience, and technical skills
