About us
Meat Giant is part of an established South London food group with decades of history. We supply businesses across London, and we're growing fast. We need someone to help us grow faster.
The role
You'll work directly with our Head of Commercial Growth. Your job is to keep his diary full of the right meetings and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, so he can spend his time closing deals. This isn't a script-reading call centre job. You'll be the engine of a small, ambitious sales team, and you'll see your work turn straight into new business.
What you'll do
- Book appointments. Call prospective business customers, qualify them, and book meetings for the sales lead.
- Nurture the pipeline. Follow up with warm leads and existing customers, keep conversations going, and spot new opportunities.
- Keep the CRM tidy. Log every call, keep the pipeline up to date, and make sure no lead goes cold.
- Coordinate operations. Be the first point of contact for customer queries, orders, and deliveries, and work with the team to fix problems before they escalate.
- Handle admin. Set up new accounts, send information to customers, and chase paperwork.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
