You’ll be right at the heart of fast-moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.

WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE

The Sales Operations Coordinator role is pivotal in enabling the commercial team to deliver a premium, consumer-centric experience across wholesale and B2B channels. This role ensures operational excellence in order management, data accuracy, and process compliance, supporting the achievement of revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction targets. By acting as the key link between Sales, Supply & Demand, Finance, and Distribution, the role underpins our strategic priorities of simplifying operations, improving efficiency, and driving profitable growth.

Core Accountabilities

As our Sales Operations Coordinator - Distributors, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end order processing and fulfilment, ensuring accurate and timely order entry, validation, amendments and release across ERP, JOOR, Excel and other approved B2B platforms.
  • Delivering excellent wholesale customer service, acting as a key contact for wholesale partners and internal teams, resolving queries and coordinating clear communications on orders, shipments, deliveries and seasonal activities.
  • Maintaining accurate customer data and operational reporting, managing customer, pricing and order master data while producing orderbook, shipment and KPI reports to support Sales Managers and business reviews.
  • Coordinating cross-functional fulfilment and seasonal planning, partnering with Supply & Demand, Distribution, Finance and Sales teams to manage allocations, forecasting, shipping, credit issues and delivery requirements.
  • Driving operational accuracy and continuous improvement, managing returns in line with policy, identifying and escalating fulfilment risks, improving processes and promoting consistent best practice across distributor markets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
