What is this role about?

This role will contribute to the achievement of volume and profitability objectives through the timely and accurate processing of sales orders.

What will YOU do?

  • Communicate with clients to validate if information pertaining to the details of the sales orders are correct and to provide updates on the company's operational policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the sales teams (Independent Retail, Commercial, and/or LPG) in the assigned geographical area to address and/or resolve concerns related to the implementation of the sales order fulfillment policy and/or process
  • Facilitate the preparation, submission, and monitoring of order requests, Expense Payment Requests (EPRs), Material Requisition/Issuance Forms (MRIFs), new account forms, and other relevant documentation requirements to ensure accurate and timely recording of all requests and transactions that go through the Sales Operations (SALESOPS) Department.
  • Collect and process sales orders, and endorse to relevant internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely serving of sales orders based on customer requirements
  • Monitor and report all placed orders vis-a-vis sales forecast on a daily basis to help the sales teams keep track of their performance
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and credit proposals to help the sales teams keep track of their performance
