MEK Health, a member of Erdem Health Group, is a leading healthcare tourism company specializing in Hair Transplantation, Bariatric Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Dental Treatments, and a wide range of other medical specialties.

Founded in 1988, Erdem Health Group has been providing high-quality healthcare services for over 30 years through its three hospitals in Istanbul, nearly 50 medical specialties, and more than 1,000 experienced healthcare professionals. Strengthening its pioneering position in the healthcare sector, the Group launched its medical tourism operations in 2012 to provide comprehensive services to both domestic and international patients, with a particular focus on hair transplantation and aesthetic surgery.

MEK Health Tourism is looking for a Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our newly established UK office. The position will report to the UK Country Sales Manager and support patient coordination, sales, business development and daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with prospective patients and follow the patient journey from initial enquiry to treatment planning
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and follow sales and patient processes
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, medical and patient coordination teams in Türkiye
  • Support B2C sales and B2B business development activities in the UK market
  • Communicate with potential business partners and support meetings and networking activities
  • Support the daily operations and organisation of the London office
  • Contribute to sales and patient reporting
  • Ensure patient and partner information is handled in line with GDPR and UK data protection requirements

Requirements

  • Fluent in both Turkish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. (Turkish language proficiency is essential.)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in sales, customer relations, healthcare tourism, business development or operations is preferred
  • Strong communication, persuasion, organisation and follow-up skills
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Solution-oriented, responsible and team-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
