Your mission
Hello and welcome to Sungrow UK! We are proactively building a strong candidate pipeline for a future Sales Operations Coordinator role expected to support our 2027 business plans. This is not a live vacancy to be filled immediately. Instead, we are starting recruitment activities early to identify qualified professionals, support business continuity, and ensure we are ready when the role opens.
Curious what this is all about? Let’s dive right in:
- Support the Sales team with contract and sales-order execution from countersignature through to payment receipt, including order placement, shipment monitoring, and invoice creation in ERP systems.
- Partner with Sales and Legal teams to coordinate the administration and management of sales contracts.
- Work closely with HQ production, logistics, project, and sales teams to help ensure smooth and successful project delivery.
- Communicate with customers on lead times, deliveries, invoicing, and payment-related topics.
- Prepare regular operational reports, including shipment updates, sales forecasts, and accounts receivable monitoring.
- Issue commercial invoices, support weekly payment follow-up, manage credit-insurance lines, and help control shipment-related payment risks.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
