Sales Operations & Deal Support Specialist
Location: London Hybrid/Remote
Contract: 12 months
Salary: £65,000 pa - £68,000 pa
We’re looking for a Cloud Marketplace Operations Specialist to join a leading global technology organisation, supporting its growing Cloud Marketplace business across partners including Microsoft Azure and AWS.
This is a hands-on operations role combining sales support, deal coordination, project management and cross-functional communication. You’ll work closely with Sales and Partner teams to help progress opportunities, resolve operational issues and ultimately move deals through to completion.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the operational process around Cloud Marketplace opportunities and deals, from initial review through to completion.
- Work closely with Sales and Partner Managers to track pipeline, progress opportunities and support deal closure.
- Coordinate across Sales, Finance, Legal, Credit, Order Management and other internal teams to keep deals moving.
- Review deal requirements, approvals and processes, ensuring transactions follow internal policies.
- Maintain accurate opportunity and pipeline information within Salesforce/CRM.
- Use Excel to track, analyse and report on deals and operational activity.
- Manage multiple projects and actions, following up with stakeholders through to completion.
- Support internal communications, process documentation and sales enablement activities.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong background in Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Commercial Operations or similar.
- Experience supporting sales teams and helping progress and close deals.
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP.
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to work across multiple departments and senior stakeholders.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Power BI and/or Cloud Marketplace experience is a bonus, not essential.
