Shape the Future of Customer Operations

At Electrolux Group, we strive every day to shape living for the better for our consumers, our people and our planet. Through collaboration, innovation and a commitment to sustainable living, we create solutions that improve everyday life for millions of people worldwide.

We are now looking for an experienced and commercially minded Sales Operations Director to lead our UK & Ireland Sales Operations function and play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, operational excellence and business performance. As a member of the UK & Ireland Leadership Team, you will help shape strategic direction while ensuring outstanding execution across customer operations and supply chain delivery.

About The Role

This is a highly visible leadership position with responsibility for customer service, order management and customer supply chain operations across the UK & Ireland business. You will lead teams responsible for ensuring products and services are delivered efficiently and effectively to customers, while driving continuous improvement across the end-to-end customer journey.

Acting as the voice of the customer within the leadership team, you will work across Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics and Manufacturing to ensure customer needs are reflected in business priorities and operational decision making.

This role offers an opportunity to influence both strategic direction and day-to-day operational performance, creating sustainable improvements that enhance customer experience, strengthen service levels and support profitable growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
