Great with Salesforce, confident with people and good at getting things moving?
We’re looking for a proactive Sales Operations & Enablement Coordinator to support a commercial team of around 70 senior Relationship Managers and VPs.
You’ll become the person colleagues turn to when they need help navigating Salesforce, progressing a contract or finding reliable data. Your work will help the sales team spend more time building client relationships and growing the business.
This is a varied, hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, making processes easier and becoming the expert others rely on. You’ll need strong Salesforce user skills; platform configuration and Salesforce administration aren’t part of the role.
What you’ll be doing
- Helping the sales team succeed: Support senior Relationship Managers and VPs with everyday operational queries, deliver practical system walkthroughs and help new joiners get up to speed.
- Keeping Salesforce accurate: Update account and contact records, upload contracts, maintain clawback records and identify missing or outdated information.
- Moving contracts forward: Submit and track requests across Salesforce, Zip and Oracle, working with Legal, Supplier Operations and approvers to resolve delays.
- Turning data into useful insights: Use Excel and Google Sheets to validate merchant volumes, review pipeline data and prepare performance reporting.
- Improving how the team works: Build a central library of presentations, process guides and practical job aids.
- Supporting operational delivery: Test Salesforce updates before release, order test cards and gather information for deal reviews and governance packs.
- Keeping documentation in good order: Maintain activity logs and help resolve gaps identified through internal audits.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
