Mercor is recruiting UK-based Sales Operations & Enablement Experts for a full-time research project with a leading frontier AI laboratory.
This opportunity is suited to experienced revenue operations professionals who have built practical sales planning, performance management, territory review, and enablement processes for commercial teams.

About the Role
You will contribute high-quality training data used to improve frontier AI systems.
The work involves creating, reviewing, and evaluating realistic sales operations and revenue enablement scenarios.
You will apply your professional experience in areas such as capacity planning, performance management, territory planning, commercial processes, and frontline sales enablement.
Strong candidates can translate sales performance data into practical actions for managers and create workflows, templates, scorecards, and training materials that sales teams can use without unnecessary complexity.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and evaluate realistic sales operations scenarios
- Develop practical capacity and staffing plans based on demand
- Review performance scorecards and performance management processes
- Design territory and account planning workflows
- Map commercial processes, responsibilities, and team handoffs
- Create enablement programs, templates, and training materials
- Facilitate manager review processes and track follow-through
- Convert sales performance data into clear and actionable recommendations
- Help produce high-quality training data for advanced AI systems

Ideal Qualifications
- At least five years of relevant professional experience
- Strong background in sales operations, revenue operations, revenue enablement, commercial program management, territory planning, or capacity planning
- Experience building or managing sales performance scorecards
- Experience with territory and account plan reviews
- Experience designing commercial processes and handoff workflows
- Experience delivering sales enablement or training programs
- Ability to create practical processes that frontline teams will actually use
- Strong written communication and analytical skills
Relevant Industry Experience
Candidates may have experience within:
- B2B media sales
- Advertising or ad-tech
- SaaS businesses with complex sales planning
- Agencies
- Publisher revenue teams
- Other commercial organisations with a substantial sales operations function
Project Details
This is a full-time engagement running from 10 August 2026 until 4 September 2026.

The project team follows a UK business-hours working rhythm, including live team sessions each working day and occasional evening communication.
The engagement includes two weeks of paid garden leave at the end of the project.
A one-month non-compete period will run concurrently with the garden leave.
Strong performance may increase your likelihood of being selected for future Mercor projects.
Vetting Process
The application process includes:
- Resume and professional work history review
- Short interview evaluating your sales operations and enablement expertise
Contract and Payment Terms
- You will be engaged as an independent contractor
- The position is fully remote
- Payments are made weekly through Stripe or Wise
- Project duration may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on project requirements and performance
- The work will not require access to confidential or proprietary information belonging to any current or previous employer, client, or institution
Eligibility Requirements
Candidates must:
- Be currently based in the United Kingdom
- Have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom
- Be available for a full-time engagement during the project period
