Mercor is recruiting UK-based Sales Operations & Enablement Experts for a research project with a leading frontier AI lab. We are seeking experienced revenue operators with 5+ years in sales operations, revenue enablement, territory or capacity planning, or commercial program management. Strong candidates have built or operated capacity plans, performance scorecards, territory and account review processes, and enablement programs for revenue teams.
Ideal candidates have experience at one or more of the following types of business:
- B2B media sales
- Advertising or ad-tech
- SaaS businesses with complex sales planning
- Agencies
- Publisher revenue teams
- Or another commercial organization with a substantial sales operations function

Ideal candidates have experience with one or more of the following:
- Demand-based staffing and capacity planning
- Performance scorecards and performance management
- Territory and account plan reviews
- Commercial process design and handoff mapping
- Enablement program and training delivery
- Facilitating manager reviews and tracking follow-through
You'll help create, review, and evaluate high-quality sales operations scenarios, leveraging your experience in capacity planning, performance management, and enablement. Strong candidates can convert sales-performance data into practical manager actions, and produce workflows, templates, and training that frontline teams will actually use without over-engineering the process.

- You will be contributing high-quality training data for frontier AI systems
- This is a full-time engagement running from 10 August 2026 to 4 September 2026
- The project team collaborates on a UK business-hours rhythm, with live team sessions each working day and occasional evening messages
- The project pays two weeks of garden leave at the end of the engagement, with a one month non-compete running concurrently
- Successful contributions increase the likelihood of being selected for future Mercor projects
The vetting process involves:
- Resume and work history screen
- Short interview evaluating sales operations and enablement expertise
