Sales Operations & Enablement Manager
📍 Manchester (Hybrid, up to 2 days WFH) | 💰£50,000
Street Group is one of the fastest-growing PropTech companies in the UK. We want to be the leading creator of delightful experiences for everybody involved in buying, selling, renting and letting property, regardless of their involvement, to improve the industry for everybody by elevating UK Estate Agencies through world-class technology.
Join our Sales team and take ownership of both halves of a high-impact role: the engine our sales team runs on, and the people running it. You'll optimise our processes, systems and reporting across Spectre and Street.co.uk, and you'll make sure every person in the team has the training, content and coaching they need to sell brilliantly.
As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Sales Operations & Enablement Manager to work closely with our VP of Sales on operational excellence and team performance. On the operations side, you'll manage and improve our sales tech stack, build and track key performance metrics, automate workflows and keep sales, marketing and finance working in step.
On the enablement side, you'll own onboarding and ramp for new starters, build the playbooks and collateral the team sells with, run launch readiness for new product features, and turn coaching that actually moves the numbers.
If you love autonomy, are naturally curious, and want to have a genuine impact within a rapidly growing company, we think you'd fit right in!
Essential
A bit about you…
- Strong experience in HubSpot, including optimising backend processes, building reports and ensuring seamless integrations.
- Skilled in data analysis and reporting, and confident using insights to improve sales performance and efficiency.
- Experience designing and delivering sales onboarding or ramp programmes, and comfortable standing up in front of a room to train and coach.
- Experience building sales collateral that gets used: playbooks, battlecards, objection handling, pitch decks and case studies.
- Experience building and managing commission plans, sales targets and KPIs to drive team success.
- Ability to implement automation that streamlines sales operations and reduces friction.
- A confident, proactive team player who works cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance and product.
- A structured thinker who can spot inefficiencies and implement data-backed solutions.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with conversation intelligence tools such as Jiminny.
- Exposure to a sales methodology (MEDDIC, CHAMP, Challenger or similar) and, more importantly, experience getting a team to actually adopt one.
- Experience partnering with Product or Product Marketing on launch readiness.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides for data management, reporting and presentations.
- SaaS or PropTech background, ideally somewhere that was scaling quickly.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Working On
Operations
- Enhancing system efficiencies, maintaining integrations and making sure the sales team can operate seamlessly.
- Creating insightful dashboards and reports within HubSpot to support data-driven decision-making.
- Identifying bottlenecks, implementing automation and streamlining workflows to improve efficiency.
- Developing, tracking and optimising commission structures to align with performance goals.
- Establishing key sales metrics and continuously monitoring performance to drive success.
- Continuously refining our processes and tech stack to support a growing sales function.
Enablement
- Owning onboarding and ramp for new sales hires, with a clear focus on reducing time to first deal.

- Running launch enablement for new Spectre and Street.co.uk features, so the team is ready to sell them on day one.
- Using call recordings to identify coaching themes and working with sales leadership to close skill gaps.
- Measuring the impact of enablement through win rate, ramp time and stage conversion, rather than attendance.
- Working closely with sales, marketing, finance and product to align strategies and improve how we operate.
