Nomios’ mission is to build a ‘secure and connected’ future. Organisations across Europe depend on us to help secure and connect their digital infrastructures.

In support of our continued UK growth, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-orientated Sales Operations Executive (SOE) to join our Sales Operations Team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work closely with our sales team, finance team, and the wider business, to play a key role in the sales cycle and contribute to driving process improvement within the team.

Your role as Sales Operations Executive

As Sales Operations Executive (SOE), your role will be busy and varied. You will work closely with the Sales Operations Manager and wider Sales Operations team to ensure the smooth and successful running of the sales cycle from quoting, to order processing, to invoicing, to collecting overdue funds, as well as many other business functions. To achieve this, you will need to work in collaboration with individuals and teams across the business, providing support wherever it is needed. You should be motivated to succeed, with a desire to continuously learn and improve.

The successful candidate will be result-orientated, focused and possess exceptional attention to detail. The role would suit a recent graduate, or someone looking to explore a career in a fast-paced, exciting environment!

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
