We are looking for Sales Operations Executive in UK.

  • Location: London (Travel Required)
  • Salary + Sales Commission + Car/Travel Allowance

We are looking for an ambitious Sales & Operations Executive to take on a key, dual-focused position within our growing business. Balancing client acquisition with operational execution, you will spend half your time generating new revenue and the other half ensuring seamless order fulfillment, supplier management, and client delivery. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love variety, and want to directly influence business growth, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Account Growth

  • Drive new business acquisition via outbound calls, email outreach, and field visits to restaurants, takeaways, and food brands.
  • Manage the complete sales pipeline from initial contact through to close.
  • Identify client packaging requirements and advise on tailored, custom-branded solutions.
  • Prepare detailed quotes, follow up on proposals, and achieve monthly revenue targets.

Operations & Fulfilment

  • Coordinate the end-to-end supply process, managing timelines from client enquiry to final delivery.
  • Liaise between sales, design, and supplier teams to keep production schedules aligned.
  • Maintain precise records in the CRM and continuously streamline day-to-day workflow processes.
  • Rapidly resolve logistical bottlenecks to ensure zero disruption to client delivery.
  • Handle general operational reporting and administrative support.

Requirements

  • Background in sales, account management, or operations (a blend of both is highly desirable).
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to deal with suppliers, key stakeholders, and clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working hands-on.
  • Proficiency with CRMs, spreadsheets, and business tools.
  • Industry experience in packaging, food/hospitality, or agency settings is a plus.
  • Full UK Driving License and willingness to travel for client meetings/site visits.
