Job Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic, driven and results-focused Sales Operations Executive to join our Operations team at Tiny Rebel HQ.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in growing Tiny Rebel’s on-trade presence across the UK, helping us deliver sustainable volume and distribution growth while making sure our customers receive a best-in-class experience.
Working closely with our Sales and Operations teams, you’ll take ownership of key processes that keep our customers stocked, supported and selling more Tiny Rebel. You’ll help retain and grow rate of sale across our direct customer base, ensure key wholesale partners have the right stock at the right time, and make sure sales promotions are communicated and executed effectively.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales, distribution, revenue and profit through proactive outbound sales activity.
- Grow sales of Tiny Rebel cask, keg and specials across wholesalers, key accounts and direct customers.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver a standout customer experience at every touchpoint.
- Keep Sales teams updated on stock, supply, POS and forecasting.
- Make sure orders, installations and POS requests are delivered accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales data within our CRM.
- Support projects that make our Sales Operations processes smarter and more efficient.
- Get involved in wider opportunities across export, off-trade and key customer projects.

About You
- Strong work ethic, persistence, resilience and aligned to the Tiny Rebel culture and brand.
- A passion for learning and developing.
- Has the curiosity, appetite and attention to detail to understand, execute and improve processes.
- Demonstrates ownership, taking personal responsibility for results, and leads by example
- Can demonstrate excellent relationships with customers, consumers, and internal/external stakeholders.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to manage and cultivate relationships.
- Numerate, confident in written and spoken English with expertise using Excel and other related technologies.
- Can demonstrate time and workload management skills to optimize effectiveness and efficiency.
