Sales Operations & Customer Service Executive

We're recruiting for a group of well-loved, globally recognised brands, and looking for a Sales Operations & Customer Service Executive to join the London office. If you love keeping orders on track, solving problems before they become issues, and building genuine relationships with customers — this one's for you.
You'll sit at the heart of the action, working across Sales, Logistics and Operations to make sure every order lands exactly where it should, exactly when it should. No two days will look the same, but every day you'll be the person customers and colleagues trust to get it right.

What you'll be doing
- Building orderbooks that reflect what customers actually need in line with business objectives
- Getting hands-on with order entry, pricing, part numbers and VAS data
- Spotting shipping challenges before they become customer complaints and fixing them
- Double-checking orders are accurate before the shipping window opens
- Partnering with the warehouse to keep allocation and dispatch running smoothly
- Tracking the metrics that matter such as fulfilment rates, satisfaction and delays
- Helping customers with pricing, credits, invoices and terms

What you'll bring
- 2-3 years Sales Operations and Customer Service experience gained within B2B or Wholesale
- Strong Excel skills — you're comfortable in a spreadsheet
- ERP system experience (STYLEman a bonus, not a must)
- Sharp attention to detail and a genuine passion for great customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication
