Sales & Operations Executive
Location: UK, with US travel
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £45,000–£65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission
About the Role
We’re looking for a commercially driven and highly organised Sales & Operations Executive to join a fast-growing consumer products business with ambitious plans for international expansion.
This is a hands-on role working closely with the founder across sales, operations, logistics, social media, and e-commerce. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact across the business while helping support growth in the UK and the launch into the US market.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive new business across retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Identify and contact new potential customers and stockists across the UK, US, and international markets.
- Build and manage relationships with new and existing accounts.
- Manage reorders, customer queries, and day-to-day account requirements.
- Coordinate stock, shipments, and fulfilment with warehouses, couriers, and freight partners.
- Support social media activity, including content planning, posting, and community engagement.
- Help manage TikTok Shop, including product listings, live selling, and creator/affiliate outreach.
- Use AI tools to improve sales, marketing, content, and operational workflows.
- Work closely with the founder across a wide range of commercial and operational projects.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, commercially minded, and enjoys working in a fast-moving environment.
You’ll ideally have:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine interest in sales and the confidence to pick up the phone and generate new business.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good numeracy skills, with a minimum Grade A at GCSE Maths or equivalent.
- An understanding of social media, e-commerce, and TikTok.
- Confidence using AI tools as part of your everyday workflow.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to get involved across different areas of the business.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- The right to work in the UK and willingness to travel to the US when required.

Previous sales experience is beneficial, but we’re also open to candidates with strong commercial instincts, communication skills, and the drive to learn and develop.
