The Change Partners are working with a tier-1 global consumer electronics organisation who are looking to hire a Sales Operations Executive (Korean-speaking) to join their team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for Sales Operations & Contract Management, Financial Reporting & Forecasting, and Stakeholder Coordination & Administrative Support, playing a key role in supporting the wider sales team and ensuring smooth commercial and financial operations. The role will involve working closely with internal stakeholders, vendors and customers to ensure sales processes run efficiently and issues are resolved effectively.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career with experience across sales operations, financial reporting and commercial administration to join a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end sales transactions including quotations, contracts, purchase orders, invoicing and project completion
  • Process and maintain sales leads and accurate customer information within internal systems
  • Prepare and manage sales documentation including quotations, purchase orders, invoices and contracts
  • Manage customer contracts and invoicing processes, including billing follow-ups
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and annual sales and business performance reports using Excel
  • Support sales forecasting across revenue, profit and overall business performance
  • Analyse actuals against budget and forecast, providing commentary and actionable insights
  • Provide administrative and reporting support to the wider sales team

Your background:

  • Korean-speaking fluency is essential
  • Experience in sales operations, commercial support, financial analysis or a similar environment
  • Excellent Excel and wider Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience across budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, ideally within a project-based environment
  • Good understanding of project accounting, financial controls and revenue/cost recognition
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with financial and business data
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across internal teams, customers and vendors
