What you'll be doing

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Sales Operation Executive on a maternity cover contract for 1 year within our Cross Borders division. This position falls under our Payments line of business and is based in our London (Moorgate) office. In this role you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient client onboarding process. Working closely with Sales and Compliance teams, you will support the end-to-end onboarding journey, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met while delivering a positive client experience. You will report into the Commercial Director EMEA and regularly collaborate with other teams within the office.

How We Work

As a Sales Operation Executive you will be expected to work from our London office. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

  • Assigned workspace in the Moorgate office
  • Company-issued equipment
  • Formal, hands-on training

Role Responsibilities

  • Supporting sales teams by preparing high-quality reports, presentations, proposals, and customer documentation.
  • Managing order processing, contract paperwork, and account updates with accuracy and timely execution.
  • Coordinating communication between sales, operations, finance, and customers to maintain seamless workflow.
  • Tracking performance metrics, pipeline activity, and forecasting data using CRM and reporting tools for accuracy.
  • Responding to customer inquiries, requests, and escalations with timely, professional follow-through.
  • Maintaining organized, audit-ready files, digital records, and data systems to ensure compliance.
  • Facilitating scheduling, meeting preparation, and logistics for sales events, calls, and trainings.
  • Reviewing quotes, pricing, and order details for alignment with guidelines and approval frameworks.
  • Identifying process inefficiencies and recommend operational enhancements to strengthen team productivity.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure smooth customer experiences throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and Compliance teams
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
  • Familiarity with KYC/AML processes and regulatory frameworks preferred
  • Experience within a FX environment is beneficial
