ABOUT APPAREL BRANDS

Apparel Brands Group, founded in 2017, is one of the UK’s fastest-growing brand houses, partnering with IP owners to build and transform global apparel, footwear, and accessories brands. The company operates across UK and international bases, working closely with major online platforms and high-street retailers to bring products to market. Apparel Brands Group is committed to the success of its customers, its people, and the quality of its products. The organization promotes an inclusive, respectful workplace that values diverse perspectives and experiences. Its culture is driven by clear communication, adaptability, humility, passion, decisiveness, and doing the right thing.

THE ROLE

You will join our Sales Operations team and look after a defined group of wholesale accounts — keeping their orders accurate in the system and moving through to delivery and invoicing on time.

Working alongside the rest of the Sales Operations team, you will be the person who knows what is happening on your accounts: what has been ordered, what is due, what is short and what needs chasing. You will deal with Merchandising, Logistics, Finance and the warehouse every day to keep things moving, and escalate to the team when something needs a bigger decision.

This is a strong role for someone early in their commercial career who wants to learn how a wholesale business really works. With the right attitude, there is a clear route through to a Sales Operations Coordinator role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
