Are you a proactive, highly organised sales professional with an interest in international publishing? Do you enjoy working across different markets, coordinating multiple priorities and using sales data to support commercial decision-making?

We are looking for a Sales Operations Executive to join the Quadrille International Sales team. With a focus on our international business, you will play an important role in supporting our English language sales teams and distribution partners around the world, helping to ensure they have the information, materials and operational support needed to sell Quadrille books effectively.

You will coordinate title information and sales materials, support international orders, produce and analyse sales reports, prepare presentations and catalogues, and act as an important link between Quadrille and our international sales teams and distribution partners.

  • Work closely with the International Sales Manager, International Sales and Product teams, to coordinate publication schedules, priority titles, new title information and changes to the publishing programme within required deadlines.
  • Create and maintain sales materials to support international sell-in, including digital catalogues and collections, presentations, sales sheets, themed order forms and other customer-facing materials and the sending of advances.
  • Support international order processing and follow-up, working with sales teams, Customer Services and distribution partners to resolve queries and ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Produce regular and ad hoc international sales reports, using sales, order and dues information to identify gaps, opportunities and areas requiring follow-up.
  • Help plan and prepare for international launch meetings, sales conferences, product workshops, and book fairs, including coordinating presentations, samples and other supporting materials and presenting titles where appropriate.
  • Attend regular meetings with international sales teams and distribution partners, following up actions and ensuring relevant information is communicated back to the Quadrille team.
  • Monitor the Quadrille Sales inbox, responding to queries and ensuring requests are directed promptly to the appropriate person.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
