Sales Operations Manager
Your Mission:
- Join our team
- Own and produce executive management reporting documents covering business performance e.g. forecasting, pipeline, deal progression, productivity, capacity.
- Produce analytical insights into historical performance, trends and help define and develop predictive business models
- Define, implement, and monitor global sales processes, policies, cadence and standards, assisting sales management in instilling rigour into processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across sales tooling, reporting, and processes
- Manage large deal approval processes, displaying commercial knowledge to help ensure optimal deal structures.

What we are looking for: Your profile
- Professional experience in a business decision support function such as Sales Operations, Commercial Pricing, or Finance
- Strong conceptual and analytical thinking with great attention to data
- Solid understanding of Salesforce or a similar CRM system
- Highly proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel
- Self-motivated, structured, and reliable way of working with strong organizational skills and affinity to work in an international team
- Excellent written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus but not required
