Cornerstone is the UK's leading mobile and digital infrastructure provider, managing over 15,700 sites and holding 35% of the UK market. Our mission is to be famous for excellence in delivery, embracing transformation with our people and our customers at its heart.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Sales Operations Manager to establish and develop our sales operations capability, providing the tools, processes, reporting and governance that enable a high-performing commercial organisation.
The Role
This is a unique opportunity to shape how our commercial teams operate.
Working closely with the CRO, Head of New Business, Director of Key Accounts and Commercial & Revenue Director, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining the operational framework that supports effective sales planning, forecasting, reporting and performance management.
You'll ensure our systems, processes and data provide the insight and structure needed to support decision-making, drive accountability and enable growth.

You'll also support executive and shareholder reporting, helping communicate commercial performance clearly and effectively.
What You'll Do ✨
- Lead day-to-day sales operations and reporting across the commercial function.
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards, forecasting and pipeline reporting.
- Improve sales processes, governance and approval workflows.
- Own CRM data quality and support the effective use of commercial systems.
- Provide insight and support to senior commercial leaders.
- Prepare reporting and materials for executive and shareholder reviews.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and commercial performance.
What You'll Bring
You'll have experience in a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Commercial Operations role and a passion for building scalable ways of working.
You'll also bring:
- Strong experience in sales reporting, forecasting and pipeline management.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and sales processes, ideally including HubSpot.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insight.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience supporting senior leaders with reporting and business performance analysis.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.
