Description
XYBIX SYSTEMS, a leading innovative ergonomic furniture manufacturer located in Littleton, CO, is searching for a SALES OPERATIONS MANAGER to join their existing team! We manufacture customized sit-stand furniture for 911 dispatch centers, medical centers, public utilities, security applications, call centers, work-from-home professionals, gamers, and more! All of our products have fitness, health, and comfort designed into them for people in these fields.

Responsibilities
Will Include But Not Be Limited To
- Develop, track, and report on individual and team KPIs, including activity metrics, pipeline health, conversion rates, forecast accuracy and quota attainment across all territories
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting cadences that provide Sales Leadership with real-time visibility into performance and business trends
- Leveraging data-driven insights to drive accountability through the organization, identifying performance gaps and partner cross-functionally to develop and implement corrective actions
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews and forecast meetings to improve visibility, accuracy and sales execution
- Monitor pipeline health, identify stalled opportunities and conversion bottlenecks and recommend actions to improve sales velocity
- Own and continuously optimize the sales playbook, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adoption across the sales organization
- Standardize sales processes, stage definitions, and deal qualification criteria (e.g., MEDDIC/MEDDPICC or equivalent) to drive consistency and predictability
- Train and support Territory Managers and Sales Support Representatives (SSR) on sales process and tools
- Audit CRM and sales tool usage to ensure compliance, consistency and data integrity
- Lead, coach, develop and manage the SSR team, establishing clear performance expectations and fostering continuous improvement
- Serve as a trusted advisor, escalation point and operational partner to Territory Managers, SSR and Sales Leadership
- Manage pricing models, cooperative contracts, and approval workflows; ensure consistency and margin discipline across deals
- Manage customer contract review process, coordinating with legal/finance as needed
- Manage Request For Proposal/Bid process end-to-end — timelines, content, pricing, and submission
- Partner with Marketing and SSR to improve lead management, routing and handoff processes
- Own or co-own the sales tech stack (CRM, sales engagement, forecasting tools) as it relates to process and data integrity

Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B sales, with 3+ years in sales operations, enablement, or a hybrid sales leadership/ops role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Track record building or managing KPI frameworks and pipeline processes
- Experience owning a sales playbook or methodology rollout
- Direct Experience With Pricing/contract Management And RFP Processes, Preferred
- Strong analytical skills; fluent in CRM reporting and forecasting tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Comfortable holding people accountable via data, not just relationships
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, process-minded
- 10% travel required

Position Status: Full-time, exempt
Location: Remote
Compensation: $110,000 - $125,000
