Role Highlights

  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Manage and develop a team of Sales Operations Specialists, supporting their growth and ensuring departmental KPIs and SLAs are achieved.
  • Own the Customer Journey: Take responsibility for the operational delivery of bookings from confirmation through to clients returning home.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiencies and operational performance across your specialist region.
  • Handle Complex Challenges: Lead operational responses to travel incidents, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
  • Make a Real Impact: Play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences while supporting the wider business strategy.

  • You have experience leading and developing successful teams.
  • You are highly organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • You have experience within the travel industry, ideally with a tour operator or travel business.

Our interview process involves 3 main stages:

  • Recruiter Call – An initial conversation with one of our Talent Acquisition team members to discuss your experience, motivations and the opportunity in more detail.
