YOUR MISSION

  • Act as a key operational partner to Sales, Marketing and Merchandising, supporting go-to-market execution through planning, coordination and performance tracking
  • Lead, manage and develop the UK Sales operations team, setting clear priorities, maintaining high standards and supporting individual development.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Merchandising and other commercial functions, ensuring alignment around priorities, performance and execution
  • Own and continuously improve key Sales Operations processes, ensuring they are simple, consistent, accurate and effectively executed.
  • Support the forecasting and commercial planning process, providing visibility of performance against forecast and identifying the key drivers behind changes
  • Analyse sales, customer, product and commercial performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Turn complex data and analysis into clear concise and compelling commercial stories
  • Maintain a high standard of data accuracy and reporting quality
  • Develop and improve reporting and analytical tools
  • Support Sales teams with the information and insight required for customer meetings
  • Monitor customer and product performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve process and reporting

YOUR TALENT

  • Proven experience within Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Operations or a similar commercially focused role.
  • Previous experience managing and developing a team
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset
  • Excellent storytelling skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Natural curious and inquisitive, having the ability to challenge assumptions
  • Strong organizational and prioritisational skills
  • Comfortable working with data and reporting tools
  • Solutions-focused and improvement-mindset
  • Strong people skills with the ability to build relationships
  • Strong Powerbi and Excel skills
  • Strong understanding of data structures
