Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Revenue Operations Manager to partner with our Commercial Leadership team and drive sales performance, operational excellence, and revenue growth across the business.

This is a highly visible role that sits at the heart of the commercial function, responsible for forecasting, pipeline management, CRM governance, sales performance reporting, and sales enablement. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Learning & Development, and senior stakeholders to ensure teams are equipped with the right processes, tools, data, and incentives to maximise performance.

The successful candidate will lead the operational rhythm of the business, providing strategic insights, improving forecast accuracy, overseeing sales incentive programmes, coordinating revenue-generating initiatives, and driving continuous improvement across sales and revenue operations.

This role would suit someone with proven experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations, who can combine strong analytical skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and drive measurable business results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
