Sales Operations Manager

Location: Hybrid/Manchester
Salary: Between £60,000-£70,000, depending on experience

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to play a key role in supporting the ongoing growth and success of a leading Microsoft focused Cloud Consultancy.

This position sits at the heart of the commercial organisation, ensuring colleagues have the tools, processes, training and insights needed to deliver exceptional results. Working across Sales, Customer Success and leadership teams, you will drive operational excellence, improve ways of working, and create the frameworks that enable scalable, sustainable growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing team capability, improving sales and customer processes, increasing CRM adoption, and embedding governance and best practice across the customer lifecycle.

  • Deliver onboarding and enablement programmes for Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Design and implement training, development and learning pathways to improve performance and role readiness.
  • Drive adoption and best practice use of Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Identify and implement process improvements across the sales and customer lifecycle.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success and leadership teams to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Improve reporting, forecasting and data quality to support decision-making.
  • Support governance, compliance and operational documentation.
  • Coordinate the successful rollout of new products, services and commercial initiatives.
  • Monitor team performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Champion continuous improvement across commercial operations.

Experience Required

The ideal candidate will bring experience from Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations or a similar business improvement environment.

  • Experience supporting sales and customer-facing teams within a commercial environment.
  • A strong understanding of the sales cycle and customer lifecycle.
  • Proven success in process optimisation, operational improvement and change management.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A highly organised approach with strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to influence, engage and build relationships across all levels of the business.

Location: Hybrid/Manchester
Salary: Between £60,000-£70,000, depending on experience
Must be eligible to work in the UK.
