Sales Operations Manager
Location: Scotland, Manchester, Uxbridge or Bristol
Salary: £80000 - £90000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, full time

Our client helps organisations design, implement and manage hardware, software, cloud and services solutions. Role Overview:
As Sales Operations Manager, you'll take ownership of sales productivity and performance within a defined business segment. You'll work closely with Sales Leadership to make sure forecasting is accurate, pipelines are well managed and decisions are backed by data. You'll also lead process improvements across the sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the forecasting cadence, keeping pipeline, backlog and bookings accurate and transparent
- Monitor pipeline health and conversion trends, and flag risks and opportunities early
- Analyse sales performance and give Sales Directors insight they can act on
- Build and maintain reporting packs, including QBRs, dashboards and executive summaries
- Support annual planning, quota setting, target allocation and territory optimisation
- Spot inefficiencies and put scalable, standardised processes in place, including across the wider EMEA region

About You:
- Strong background in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or commercial strategy
- Advanced CRM/ERP skills and highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical skills, with a track record of turning data into business impact
- Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with excellent attention to detail
- Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence at senior leadership level
