Sales & Operations Manager — Commission Only
UK | Remote | Commission Only
Nightingale Software Group is a bootstrapped B2B SaaS company with a live, multi-tenant software platform covering CRM, operational workflows, approvals, and customer support.
We are looking for an experienced B2B commercial professional to take ownership of our initial customer acquisition and help build our sales and operational function.
The Offer
- 40% lifetime recurring commission on the MRR of every customer you personally acquire.
- Commission continues for as long as the customer remains subscribed.
- You have autonomy over prospecting, outreach, sales strategy, demonstrations, and closing.
- Marketing and sales-tool budgets will be allocated based on demonstrated sales performance, giving you increasing resources as revenue grows.
- As recurring revenue reaches agreed milestones, the role is intended to transition into a permanent salaried leadership position, with continued recurring commission and progression toward Director of Sales & Operations.

This is commission only initially. The future salary and directorship are dependent on the company reaching the required revenue milestones.
The Role
You will:
- Build and manage an outbound B2B sales pipeline.
- Identify and approach target businesses across the UK.
- Run discovery calls, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Manage prospects from first contact through to close.
- Develop and refine our commercial strategy based on market feedback.
- Work with founding leadership on customer onboarding and operational processes.

We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience.
- Experience selling SaaS, technology, business services, or similar.
- Confidence with cold outreach and generating your own pipeline.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Comfortable working independently without an established corporate sales machine.
