Sales Operations Manager
Are you the kind of person who can take a fast-moving commercial team, bring order to the chaos, and still keep the energy high? If CRM, sales processes, dashboards and making things work better give you a little spark, this could be your kind of role.
At Global Commissioning we’re growing internationally and building something ambitious. We need a Sales Operations Manager who can get under the bonnet of our commercial activity, own our CRM, connect the dots across teams and help brilliant people do their best work.
This isn’t a hard-sell sales role. It’s the engine room. The rhythm section. The person making sure opportunities are visible, actions move forward, data actually means something, and everyone knows what needs to happen next.

You’ll be brilliant at:
- Owning and improving CRM processes, ideally with Zoho or a similar platform.

- Working confidently with senior stakeholders and keeping things moving.
- Creating reports, dashboards and visibility that help leaders make better decisions.
- Spotting smarter ways of working and making them happen.
We’re looking for someone organised, commercially switched on, curious, proactive and not afraid to challenge in the right way. You’ll enjoy building structure, improving systems and being the person people trust to bring clarity to a busy, growing business.
