Are you ready to play a key role in shaping how our sales function operates and grows? We’re looking for an experienced Sales Operations and Business Enablement professional to improve the processes, systems, reporting and controls that support our commercial success.

GreensafeIT is an IT recycler and services provider with experience managing more than 3 million devices across the IT lifecycle. We provide expert guidance in this complex, fast-moving market.

In this role, you’ll create structure and visibility across the sales pipeline, support accurate forecasting and commercial decision-making, and help opportunities move smoothly from the sales team into operational delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing people, processes and data together to support better decisions, stronger performance and an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Sales Operations and Business Enablement function, providing structure and practical support across sales processes, systems, data, reporting and customer handovers.
  • Connect the Sales and Services teams, making sure opportunities move into operational delivery with clear ownership, complete information and agreed onboarding requirements.
  • Oversee quotes and statements of work, ensuring approvals, pricing, document versions and commercial requirements are managed consistently.
  • Own sales reporting and insight, providing clear, accurate information on the sales pipeline, forecasts, revenue, conversion, capacity, risks and future operational demand.
  • Maintain high-quality customer relationship management system data, ensuring customer, opportunity, quote and handover information is accurate, complete and up to date.
  • Set and monitor performance measures and agreed service standards across Sales Operations, including turnaround times, approvals, data quality, reporting and workflow efficiency.
  • Coordinate and resolve queries across Sales, Services, Transition, Finance, Information Technology Asset Disposal, Supply Chain, business systems and senior stakeholders, ensuring clear ownership and timely resolution.
  • Define and manage the process from sale to transition, ensuring customer requirements, data and operational information are complete and ready for successful onboarding and delivery.
  • Strengthen governance and ways of working by setting clear responsibilities, regular reporting, escalation routes and consistent processes across teams.
  • Support onboarding readiness through customer relationship management system configuration, workflow coordination, reporting requirements, data management and clear communication between teams.
  • Identify and deliver continuous improvements through automation, streamlined workflows, consistent reporting and simpler processes.
  • Lead and develop the Sales Operations team, setting clear priorities, expectations and service standards while creating a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
