Location: Kidderminster
Salary: A GBP 35,000 per annum
Vacancy Type: Full-time, Mon-Fri working hours 37.5 hours a week contract.

Ready to play a key role in shaping how Sales operates and grows? We're looking for an experienced Sales Operations and Business Enablement Professional to lead the processes, systems, reporting and governance that underpin our commercial success. You'll bring structure and visibility to the sales pipeline, support accurate forecasting and commercial governance, and ensure opportunities move seamlessly from Sales through to operational delivery. This is a key role for someone who enjoys connecting people, processes and data to drive better decisions, stronger performance and an exceptional customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Sales Operations and Business Enablement function, providing structure, governance and operational support across Sales processes, systems, data, reporting and customer handover.
- Bridge Sales and Services, ensuring opportunities are accurately and effectively transitioned into operational delivery, with clear ownership, information and onboarding requirements.
- Oversee quote and SoW processes, ensuring approvals, rate cards, governance, version control and commercial thresholds are consistently followed.
- Own sales reporting and insight, providing accurate visibility of pipeline, forecasting, revenue, conversion, capacity, risks and future operational demand to support effective decision-making.
- Drive CRM data quality and governance, ensuring customer, opportunity, quote and handover information is accurate, complete and maintained to a high standard.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs and performance measures across Sales Operations, including turnaround times, approvals, data quality, reporting and workflow efficiency.
- Coordinate and resolve cross-functional queries, working across Sales, Services, Transition, Finance, ITAD, Supply Chain, IT/CRM and senior stakeholders to ensure clear ownership and timely resolution.
- Define and manage Sales-to-Transition processes, ensuring customer requirements, data and operational information are complete and ready for successful onboarding and delivery.
- Strengthen governance and ways of working, establishing clear RACI ownership, reporting cadence, escalation routes and consistent processes across teams.
- Support onboarding readiness through CRM configuration, workflow coordination, reporting requirements, data management and communication between Sales, Services, Transition, Finance, ITAD and Supply Chain.
- Identify and deliver continuous improvements, including automation, workflow optimisation, reporting standardisation and process simplification.
- Lead and develop the Sales Operations team, setting clear priorities, performance expectations and service standards while fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
