About Archroll Fabrics

Archroll Fabrics is a Surrey-based trade supplier of high-end interior fabrics, designing and supplying luxury textiles for drapery, soft furnishings and upholstery within the residential and commercial interiors sector.

We are a small, growing business with a passion for beautiful, high-quality fabrics and interiors, and we are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our Surrey-based team.

This is a varied role combining sales operations, customer relationships and account management, with opportunities to contribute creatively to marketing, product development and trade events.

About the Role

We are looking for an organised, commercially minded and confident individual who is comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of their role.

You will be a logical thinker with strong attention to detail and an excellent communicator. Alongside your operational expertise, you'll bring a creative flair and a genuine passion for interiors, fabrics and design.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience within the interiors or textile industry, with a strong understanding of fabric composition, suitability and manufacture.

Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
