Role Description

The Sales & Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role oversees daily store and sales operations, ensuring commercial targets are met while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.

  • Managing staff scheduling and performance
  • Monitoring store KPIs
  • Optimizing stock levels and merchandising
  • Driving sales initiatives across channels
  • Analyzing operational data
  • Implementing process improvements
  • Coordinating with regional and head office teams
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and health and safety standards

The Sales & Operations Manager will lead, coach, and support store teams to deliver consistent service, operational efficiency, and brand-aligned experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong Operations Management skills, including store operations oversight, process improvement, and team coordination.
  • Robust Analytical Skills for interpreting sales reports, operational data, and KPIs to drive informed decisions.
  • Focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, ensuring a high-quality, consistent in-store experience.
  • Clear and effective Communication skills for engaging with team members, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience in retail management, preferably in sports fashion or related sectors, and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with retail systems and basic MS Office tools; familiarity with omni-channel retail operations is an advantage.
  • Relevant education in business, retail management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
