Position Summary
F5 is seeking a strategic and highly motivated Sales Operations Partner II to support our EMEA Digital Sales organization and partner closely with the VP of Digital Sales EMEA and the Global Sales Operations team.
This role sits at the center of a transformation journey as we shape the future of Digital Sales. Over the next 12-24 months, our focus is to accelerate AI and Distributed Cloud adoption, strengthen channel and marketing collaboration, develop world-class talent, modernize seller productivity, and scale a high-performing global Digital Sales organization.
We are looking for someone who combines operational excellence with strategic thinking; someone who is energized by solving complex problems, driving cross-functional initiatives, and turning ideas into measurable business outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within a lean, high-visibility team while working directly with senior leadership.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary Sales Operations partner to the VP of Digital Sales EMEA and regional leadership team.
- Drive strategic initiatives across Digital Sales, helping translate vision into execution.
- Lead cross-functional programs involving Sales, Marketing, Channels, Enablement, Finance, HR, and Product teams.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations that improve business performance and seller productivity.
- Champion innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and new technologies.
- Support initiatives focused on AI, Distributed Cloud (XC), talent development, channel collaboration, seller effectiveness, and organizational scale.
- Develop performance frameworks, business reviews, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
- Help define and implement the future-state operating model for Digital Sales.

What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting, or a related field.
- Experience supporting SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise technology organizations.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity.
- Experience driving cross-functional projects from concept through execution.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, innovation, and emerging technologies.
- Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders.
- Experience with Salesforce, Tableau/Power BI, Excel, and modern sales productivity tools.
